Ph.D. Steffen Oppel wins SAOT student award
Steffen Oppel, former Ph.D. student in our group, has won the SAOT student award 2013 in Optical materials and Systems. The prize is awarded for his leading contribution and co-authorship in the publication Superresolving Multiphoton Interferences with Independent Light Sources, Phys. Rev. Lett. 109, 233603 (2012). The prize and the prize money (1000 Euro) will be handed out at the occasion of the SAOT Young Researcher’s Award Ceremony which will take place on June 28, 2013. The keynote speaker at this ceremony will be last year’s nobelprize winner David Wineland.
